Delete your Melsi account and data

Melsi is operated by Degen Logistics Inc. You can request deletion without reinstalling or opening the app.

Request deletion outside the app

1. Email degenlogistics@gmail.com with the subject “Melsi account deletion request.”
2. Send the request from the email used for your Melsi account and include your username if you know it. Do not send your password, identification documents, or payment-card details.
3. We will verify that the account belongs to you and arrange deletion. If you no longer control that email, contact us to discuss another verification method.

This link opens your email app; it does not submit a request automatically. If it does not open, use any email service to send the request to the address above.

Delete from within Melsi

Sign in, open the account/profile tab, open settings, select the account-deletion action, and confirm using your password. Deletion begins after confirmation. There is no intentional waiting period; processing takes time and failures may require retry or support assistance.

Delete content without deleting your account

You can remove individual questions and answers without deleting your Melsi account. In your profile, press and hold a question you own and confirm deletion. Open a question's answers, press and hold an answer you wrote, and confirm deletion. These actions remove the selected question or answer, not your account, other content, or subscription records.

For help with a specific data-deletion request, email degenlogistics@gmail.com from your account email, identify the content or information concerned, and state that you want to keep your account. We may need to verify ownership. Never send your password. Provider-managed logs, backups, independent billing records, and copies held outside Melsi are subject to the limitations below.

What is removed

The process removes your Firebase sign-in account, profile and profile photos, questions and posts you own and their discussions, your answers on other questions, stored interactions, follow and block relationships, associated reports, and conversations involving the account, including nested messages. Conversations are removed for both participants. Deletion is not reversible through Melsi.

What may remain and subscriptions

Copies other people saved or shared outside Melsi are outside our control. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain independent billing, fraud-prevention, legal, and service records under their own requirements. Provider-managed logs, backups, and recovery copies are subject to their provider's deletion or expiration processes. Contact us for help with provider-linked records. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Cancel separately in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings to stop renewal.
